COVID-19 Employment Issues – Employee & Labor Lawyer Explains Our Current Situation

May 6th, 2020

The COVID-19 crisis has thrown all of our lives into disarray and confusion. And work is one of the biggest issues. We all want to go back to work but is it safe? Do we have to go back to work if there is a risk of exposure? What if I think my co-workers have been exposed?

I was excited to interview attorney Kristi Kingston on Wednesday morning May 6th about these issues. Kristi owns and operates the Employee & Labor Law Group of Kansas City. She gave us an important update on legal workplace issues as the country prepares to get back to work.
