Gerald Missouri is a small town rocked with a big scandal in 2008.  A former wedding minister, Bill Jakob, convinced several city authorities that he was a Federal Agent – in town to help the small town deal with their meth problem.    He made several arrests and left the  city with several lawsuits and bad publicity.
