Estate Planning Attorney Serving Waldo, Brookside and the Greater Kansas City area

Estate Planning

Life really is wonderful! But it also can be uncertain. Having an estate plan in place to address uncertain times can allow you to embrace the future more fully.

Based in Kansas City Missouri, Aimee the Attorney is a law firm dedicated to serving people.

My services include drafting wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, and other Estate Planning tools and documents; as well as planning for and addressing legacy, inheritance and tax issues. We also take on trust administration.

  Estate Planning Explained

THE MORE YOU KNOW

An estate plan is a set of legal documents that are used at your incapacity or your death to identify your wishes as to your healthcare, your property, and if you are a parent, to name a person to care for your minor children. Typically, an estate plan includes a WILL, POWER OF ATTORNEY (Property), POWER OF ATTORNEY (Healthcare), LIVING WILL, HIPAA Waiver and oftentimes a REVOCABLE TRUST.

Pricing Plans

Simple, Flat Rate Pricing

To make things simple and affordable, I use flat-fee pricing. Most estate plans will fall into two categories: a Will Package or a Trust Package.

During our initial consultation I will make a recommendation, but ultimately you will decide which one is right for you and your family.

I am not satisfied until you are. If changes need to be made, no problem. I understand life can change, so should your estate plan.

Kind Words From Clients...

Super easy to work with, very clear about what paperwork she needed and what the next steps were, and will certainly email her again if I need her legal services again. Also had some very helpful explanation videos on her YouTube channel.
