I can negotiate with the Prosecutor to have the ticket amended to a Defective Equipment. I charge a flat fee of $325. This includes the fine I will pay on your behalf and my fee.
A couple of things:
A Defective Equipment is a non-moving violation and will not appear on the driving record
No court appearance is necessary
Once I have appeared in Court, I will send you the receipt from the Court
I accept checks, credit cards and cash. To pay online, click the button below.
I can give you further instructions for checks or cash.
Process After Payment
Once you have paid, I will send you an Engagement Letter that spells out our agreement. I will do an Entry of Appearance to the Court. I will appear for you in Court and negotiate with the Prosecutor.
Many times, you know the Court date because it is written on the ticket. If it is not written on the ticket, I will schedule the Court date. When the date is scheduled, I will e-mail you or call you with that information. You will not have to be in Court but I want you to have that information.
We are proud of our service to our clients (check out our reviews) and we would love for you to become another Aimee the Attorney client.
Do not hesitate to call or email if you have questions.
