I’ve been using Smith.ai as my law firm answering service for over three years, and there are three things about them that really impress me.
1. Live Answers
When somebody calls my firm, which is just me and a very, very part time assistant, they get my virtual office with a live person. Not a machine, not a robot. A real person.
2. Meticulous About Detail
Another thing I like is that Smith is meticulous about phone numbers and email addresses. They’ve never made a mistake in the three years they’ve been my answering service. And, that’s just incredible.
3. Easy to Work With
The third thing I like about Smith is that they’re a very easy to work with. I email them different forms I need them to fill out that integrate with different programs I use. They take care of it and are just so delightful to work with. I’ve even become quite friendly with a lot of the virtual receptionist staff.

Integrates Well with CRM
Smith also integrates their services with my Customer Relations Management software. They find out what a ticket is for, along with the name of the person, their phone number, and their email address. They drop that into my CRM, and it sends me an email to let me know what’s going on. At the end of the day, I get a list of all the calls I got that day.
Bottom line is that Smith meets my needs as a solo attorney. Their features and CRM integration help me do my job more easily and efficiently. They’re friendly and easy to work with, so I wanted to thank them and give them a kudos for being a great law firm answering service!
