Speeding Ticket Information
The Prosecutor will amend some speeding tickets to a Defective Equipment (non-moving).  It depends on the speed, whether it was a construction or school zone.   This is something you can accomplish on your own without an attorney.

Cost
Generally the fine for the Defective Equipment is double the fine amount on your ticket plus $45.  My fee for Gardner Municipal Court speeding tickets is $175.00.
